Can I Change My Delivery Address?Updated a year ago

You can change your shipping address by submitting a request via email or live chat. Remember to quote your order number and name so we can assist you as quickly as possible. 

Our Warehouse team are very efficient and so it may not always be possible to change your shipping address and this can not be amended after the order has left our warehouse, so please get in touch as quickly as possible.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

Contact us by email or live chat quoting your order number (e.g #29182) and your name, and please use the words 'change address' in the subject.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend delivery details until the order has arrived back to us. You should contact us anyway, and we'll do everything we can to update the address for you, but it may not be possible to update the address once it has been collected by our courier.

Following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the order will automatically be returned to us, and we can then re-deliver your order with an updated address.

If an error has been made, you may have to pay an additional shipping charge to have this re-shipped out to you. If this order is being shipped outside of the UK, there may also be additional customs charges to pay also.
