Discount Codes, Promotions & OffersUpdated a year ago

At various times we offer discounts codes, promotions and offers both through the website, our affiliate partners, social media and our email newsletters.

Only one discount code can be used per order, and unless explicitly stated, this can't be used in conjunction with another offer, and discount offers can not be applied to previous orders.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are applied by entering the code manually at the checkout stage, and will not always appear in the shopping basket. When using mobile, the field to enter the discount code is in the 'Order Summary' section and be accessed by tapping on this heading. Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combines with other offers.

AUTOMATIC DISCOUNTS

Sometimes an offer is applied automatically in the shopping basket, such as our 3 For £15 offer. You must meet all the conditions of the offer for the discount to appear. For example, the offer will only appear when you have added three qualifying item to your shopping basket.

FREE PRODUCT OFFERS

When we offer a free product as part of an offer, in most cases you will need to add the qualifying item to your basket, and it will then show as being free once you proceed to the checkout stage.

Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively where orders fail to meet the conditions of a promotion, or a discount code has not been manually entered at the checkout.
