How Do I Cancel My Order?Updated a year ago

Under United Kingdom legislation, you have the right to cancel an online order. This is only possible providing the order is still in processing and has not yet been dispatched. 



Our warehouse team are very efficient, and on a week day orders can be dispatched in less than an hour from placing your order. Therefore, if you wish to request an order cancellation, please do so as soon as possible.



If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order. You will be able to return your order and receive a refund, as per our returns policy




HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER


Contact us by email or live chat quoting your order number (e.g #29182) and your name, and please use the word 'cancel order' in the subject.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED


There are two options: 


  • You can refuse the order upon delivery by communicating this with the courier, and the order will be returned to us automatically. If you then email us to let us know, we can initiate a full and immediate refund.
  • You can send the order back to us as a return. Please see our returns policy for details. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND


Refunds can typically take 3-5 working days to arrive in your account following a successful cancellation, but usually this is much faster. If you are refusing a delivery or returning your order to us, a refund is initiated once we receive the order to our warehouse as per our returns policy.




We are currently working on a self-serve order cancellation process but we do not offer this facility at this time.
