I Have Received The Wrong ProductUpdated a year ago

If you have opened your delivery box, and you have received an item that is incorrect, please get in touch right away and we'll be sure to rectify the issue promptly. Please email [email protected] or reach out via livechat and let us know the following: 



  • Order number (e.g. #49283)
  • Item SKU or product name that is missing
  • Item SKU or product name that you've incorrectly received

We have processes in place to avoid mistakes with our orders, but mistakes do happen and we are always looking to improve. Any information you are able to give is highly valued and will help us to offer a better service in the future.
