We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 13:00 GMT on the same working day. All international orders ship from our UK warehouse, with the exception of orders placed from our US store.

SHIPPING SERVICES

International orders are shipped by FedEx via a fully tracked delivery service.

SHIPPING COST IS CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout to give you access to the best choice of rates at any given time, inclusive of applicable customs duties and fees where this is possible in your country.

BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

If you are shipping to a business address, please contact us ahead of ordering to ensure we have the correct compliance information. Failure to do so may result in your order being returned to us, and this may incur additional shipping charges as a result, for which we will not be liable.

WHY IS MY SHIPPING COST SO HIGH?

International shipping is not cheap, and we use only services which we know and trust to get your items to you, where your orders are tracked from leaving our warehouse to arriving in your home. 

Where possible, we offer Delivered Duty Paid shipping for international orders (DDP) which means that all hidden prices such as import duty & customs fees are included at the point of ordering. Some countries do not allow this, and you may be required to pay a fee in order to receive your order. Check your local country import rules to find out more.

At very busy times e.g. November/December dispatch times may take slightly longer and we will always endeavor to display this information in visible locations on our store. We will always dispatch your order within 2 working days if all items are in stock, providing your order does not contain any pre-order items.
