My Order Has Arrived DamagedUpdated a year ago

We believe all of our products should arrive with you in pristine condition. If you have opened your delivery box, and one or more of the items are damaged, please get in touch right away and we will get it sorted out for you. 



It is important that you retain the original packaging, and keep hold of the damaged tin, where possible. we may ask you to send photographs for our records.



Please reach out to us by emailing [email protected] or via livechat and let us know the following: 



  • Order number (e.g. #49283)
  • Item SKUs or product names that are damaged

We carefully package all our orders, and we have strict quality checks in place before items leave our warehouse, but sometimes orders can be damaged in transit. We will always replace damaged items quickly where possible and issue refunds where not. 



We may ask you to send photographs of the damaged product(s) and the original packaging (delivery box) to help us identify issues and improve our service.
