I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER


If you're missing an item from your order, please get in touch with us via our Live Chat or by email and we'll get the missing item out to you as quickly as possible.



I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM


We package our parcels with love and care, using air cushions to avoid damage, but sometime it happens. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us via our Live Chat or email with your order number (e.g. #10234) and we'll replace the item as quickly as possible. Please provide photos of the damaged product and the original packaging, so we can help you as quickly as possible.



Please do not dispose of the damaged item until we have fully investigated the issue.



HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER OR DELIVERY ADDRESS?


Our warehouse is a speedy bunch, so please get in touch with us via our Live Chat or by email as quickly as possible so we can make any amendments to your order before dispatch. If your order has already been processed and/or dispatched, we may not be able to modify your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?


Please get in touch via live chat or email as quickly as possible and provide your order number along with the word 'cancel order' in your subject to allow us to respond as quickly as possible to your request. 



Our warehouse are very efficient, and once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To receive a refund, it must then be returned as per our returns policy before a refund can be issued.

MY DISCOUNT ISN'T WORKING


Discount codes are applied at the checkout stage, by entering the code into the field provided. If you are using a mobile device, this is found within the 'Order Summary' section. Discounts and promotional offers can only be used separately and cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated. Please visit our discounts section for more information.

MY FREE GIFT IS PAST ITS EXPIRY DATE


We often include a free gift with orders placed on our online store. Sometimes, this includes products where the best before end date is quite short. This is so we can both give gratitude to our online customers, and avoid having to throw perfectly tasty and entirely safe to consume tea bags into landfill. 



At the time of dispatch and estimated delivery, the best before end date should not have been exceeded. Dates given represent the end of the given month. If you have received a product you believe has exceeded its expiry date prior to being delivered to you, please get in touch and let us know. Please bear in mind that these are given as free gifts, and will not be replaced.
