We aim to ship pre-order items on the dates advised on the product page at the time of purchase.

If an order contains an item marked as a pre-order, the whole order will be held until the pre-order item arrives in stock ready for dispatch. Your order will then be shipped together.

The reason we do this is to limit our carbon footprint through miles travelled for our orders, and to save our customers excessive shipping costs.

If you require part of your order to be sent ahead of arrival of any pre-order items, please get in touch and we can do this. You may be charged for the extra shipping charges incurred.

When a pre-order is made, payment is taken at the point of purchase like with any order. You can request cancellation or exchange of a pre-order item at any time prior to the dispatch of the order, and are entitled to a full refund.

Your 30 day returns policy does not begin until items are received.
