We aim to please and only provide the best quality tea and gift products. However, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, we offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them. Please carefully read the below, before requesting a return.



GET IN TOUCH WITH US FIRST IF:


  • If your item has arrived damaged
  • If your order is missing any items
  • If your order contains incorrect items
  • You have received goods outside the UK

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO


  • Post your unwanted goods back to us in their original packaging, and make sure you include the customer name and order number in or on the package. Include some up to date contact details too, preferably an email address, so we can reach you.
  • Ensure any items returned are as new, are unused and in re-sellable condition. The seal on the products must be unbroken and intact in order to qualify for a full refund, in accordance with food safety laws.
  • Send them back to us via a tracked service of your choice, and keep hold of your proof of postage.

WHAT WE'LL DO WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN


  • We'll process your return within 5 working days.
  • Once we've checked in the items, we'll issue a refund, or reach out to you if you've let us know you'd like to exchange for a different item. 
  • Refunds can take up to 5 working days to arrive in your account, but usually this is much quicker.
  • You'll receive confirmation of this to your email address given at the time of order.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW


  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. New English Teas do not offer free returns.
  • Returns made after the 30 day window will be accepted, but only in exchange for store credit, and the items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition.
  • If you returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package as 'returned goods' on both the package, and on any customs forms you are required to fill in. New English Teas will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.
  • Discounted items are refundable at the price paid for the item.
  • Items that are sold as part of bundles can only be refunded if the entire bundle is returned.
  • Items purchased from Sample Sales are non-refundable.
